DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day (orders placed after 2 PM GMT are processed the next business day). During busy periods or sales, please allow up to 3 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

UK ORDERS

We offer two delivery services for UK customers:

​

• Royal Mail 24: 1–2 business days

• Royal Mail 48: 2–4 business days​

​

A parcel is not considered 'lost' until 21 business days after dispatch. If your order hasn’t arrived after this time, please contact us at sales@jellybeantanning.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.

REPUBLIC OF IRELAND ORDERS​

​

Orders to the Republic of Ireland are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days.

​

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

​

We ship worldwide via Royal Mail International Tracked, with the exception of USA orders, which are shipped via DPD.

 

Delivery times vary by destination but are typically:

• Europe: 5–7 business days

• Rest of World: 7–10 business days

Please allow up to 30 business days for delivery in rare cases, as international shipping times can occasionally be affected by customs processing or local postal delays. If your order hasn’t arrived after this time, please contact us at sales@jellybeantanning.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Customers are responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply to their order.
All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as determined by the destination country. These fees are NOT included in your Jellybean Tanning order total or shipping cost.

To avoid delays or additional charges, please ensure customs fees are paid promptly. If an order is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, a refund will be issued upon receipt back to us, minus the original shipping cost and any additional charges incurred as a result of the return.
