RETURNS POLICY

By purchasing from Jellybean Tanning, you (the buyer) agree to the following policy.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return:

You must contact us at sales@jellybeantanning.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, unopened, and still sealed in its original plastic cellophane.

A valid proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
Any products that have been opened, used, or tampered with will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds apply only to the product cost; shipping fees are non-refundable.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS​

Due to hygiene reasons, specific products i.e. tanning sprays cannot be returned or refunded.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS​

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or missing an item:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@jellybeantanning.com.

Include photos or videos of the issue so we can assess what happened in transit.

Anything reported after 48 hours cannot be accepted.
If we decide to replace the damaged or incorrect item, we may require you to return the damaged goods at your own cost before a replacement is sent. Once received, we’ll process your replacement promptly.

RETURNED TO SENDER​

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer will not qualify for a refund of shipping costs. Please double-check your address details before completing your purchase.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS DUTIES​
​
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their local customs authority.
Jellybean Tanning is not liable for any such charges, and these fees are not included in your order total or shipping cost. If an order is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties, a refund will be issued upon receipt back to us, minus the original shipping cost and any additional fees or charges incurred as a result of the return.
