Unfortunately Jellybean Tanning is unable to advise on what custom charges will apply to ROI and international orders. Any custom charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws. All custom charges are payable by the customer and will not be covered by Jellybean Tanning.
Once you have placed an order you will shortly receive a confirmation email. To ensure that this goes into your inbox please add sales@jellybeantanning.com to your contacts, otherwise your confirmation email may end up in your Junk/Spam folder. If you have not received your order confirmation email please contact us.
We advise all customers to check their order once received to ensure their order is correct. We ask for you to contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order for any enquiries. For any faulty items, please include photos/videos showing the fault to help us assist you quicker.
Orders are able to be cancelled up until they are shipped. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation once their order has shipped.
For all missing orders, please contact us via email informing us of all order information. An investigation will then be raised, this investigation can take up to seven working days to gather a response. Until a response has been provided we are unable to send a replacement or refund.
