Directions:
 
We advise 1-2 sprays up each nostril for 10 consecutive days or nights alongside regular sunbed use or sun exposure. When you have achieved your desired shade, we recommend using the spray as required or 2-3 times a week to maintain your tan.
 
Please note:
 
Our tanning sprays should be kept refridgerated and have a shelf life of 6 months once opened. 
 
You should not use this product if pregnant or if you have been diagnosed with high blood pressure or heart conditions.
